절강 장성 미끄럼 베어링 주식 유한회사는 1995년 6월에 창립되고 2011년에 전체적으로 주식유한회사로 개조되었고 2017년 11월 6일에 심천증권거래처 창업판이 성공적으로 출시(주식 번호 300718)현재 등록 자본이 1.98억원이다; 네개 주식회사가 소속되어 있다(장성 플라스틱, 장성 기술, 장성신재료, 안휘장성정밀). 회사(가선) 3개 공장 면적은 260묘이고 건축 면적은 14만 평방미터이고 현재 직원은 800명 좌우다. 현권위부문 통계에 따르면 2013년-2019년 본 회사 영업 수입, 출고 총액, 자본 총액 등 경영 지표는 전체 현 규모 이상 공업 기업 베어링 항업중에서 연속 7년간 1위를 했다.

회사는 전문적으로 자윤활 베어링의 연구 발명, 생산과 판매의 고신기술 기업에 종사한다. 주요 제품은 쌍금속 자윤활 베어링, 금속 플라스틱 자윤활 베어링, 금속기 자윤활 베어링, 플라스틱 자윤활 베어링 등 50% 좌우는 유럽과 미국에 수출되고 일본 등 30개 나라와 지역에 수출한다. 주요하게 자동차, 공정기계, 농업기계, 경공기계, 대형시공기계, 항공항천, 고속열차, 고속고정밀 수자통제 기계, 핵전 등 영역에 사용되고 자윤활 베어링이 이미 베어링 업계 발전이 비교적 빠른 자항업중의 하나로 되었다.

회사는 성급 연구원,성급 창신 단체가 있고 비교적 강한 자주창신능력이 있고 회사는 2019년 12월 말까지 유효한 수권 전매특허 50항을 획득하였고 그중 국제 발명 전매특허 6항, 국내 발명 전매특허 18항이 있다; 회사 복합 재료 자윤활 관건 기술 및 산업화는 절강성 2018년 과학기술 진보 3등상을 받았다.

회사는 전국 미끄럼 베어링 표준화 기술 위원회 자윤활 베어링 분기술 위원회 첫기 비서처 부담 단위이고 항업표준의 주요 제정자중의 하나이고 국가 표준 24항을 사회하거나 참여하고 제정하고 이미 발표하고 실시한다.

발전연혁

1995

Started the company in June 1996 in Jiashan, Zhejiang, China

1997

Manufacturing the solid lubricant embedded bronze bearings. Oversea market started

2000

First major expansion of manufacturing facilities. Awarded supply contract for the massive hydro power project.

2003

Constructed new plant on Changsheng road. Certificated with TS16949 management system.

2006

Started to supply bi-metal bushings to Caterpillar global plants

2008

Moved to the new location in Changsheng Road and established the province governed material research center

2010

Set up CSB Bearing Technologies Co.,Ltd. as the sales company and launched the new product of high performance resin coated swash plate for air conditioner compressors.

2011

The head office completed the whole share reform, and introduced CSB-50MP self lubrication bearings for engine tensioner.

2012

Awarded the title of Provincial Innovative Pilot Enterprises and National High-tech Enterprises. Lead free bimetal bushings were promoted to the market.

2013

Successfully supplied special bushings for Shanghai Tower and Singapore Sports Hub.

2015

CSB Enterprise Research Institute was qualified by Provincial Government. Developed the special material for nuclear power station and was successfully approved.

2016

The entire CSB facilities were moved to the current new location. Nuclear materials were approved to be the advanced level globally.

2017

CSB became the first public company in the slide bearings industry in China.

2018

Two layer metal composite bushing was promoted to OEM market. Established CSB Americas Inc.

2019

Started to supply to the hydraulic components.Enlarged the product range by JVC cooperation with a new material company.

2020

Reloaded for a new challenge of the future.





Zhejiang Changsheng Bearings Technology

With the vision of “becoming a world-class self-lubrication technology research institute”, CSB(Zhejiang Changsheng Bearings Technology) Research institute was founded. Our institute devoted to the research and industrialization of self-lubricating materials in order to constantly provide high quality bearings to our customers with new materials and applications.

The research institute covers an area of more than 3000m² and has more than 80 professional engineers who are the experts in materials, machinery, automatic measurements and testing technologies, etc. The total value of our research equipment is more than 20 million RMB (about 3 million USD), we have a large number of top-level precision instruments such as scanning electron microscope, thermal analyzer, infrared spectrometer, and friction tester. CSB engineers provide practical and reliable technical support for our new product development, new material research and product quality assurance.

CSB research institute is a key part of our company’s system. We value the cultivation of our talents with a complete set of institute management system. We incentivize our engineers for their contributions in new products, patents, papers, standards, etc. We also have coopetation

CSB currently has 55 valid patents, including 25 invention patents with 6 of them being foreign inventions. We also hosted or participated in the formulation of 24 slide bearing national standards.
